DOUBLE ROOMS

In our spacious doubles are 2 twin beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 sets of drawers and 2 closets. 

SINGLE ROOMS

Our singles contain a twin bed, desk, chair, a dresser and a closet.

What kinD of amenities can i expect?

Furnished

Our rooms are furnished with basic furniture. A bed, a chair, a desk and a closet.  You will need to provide your own linens like sheets, pillows and towels.

Internet

Wired and Wireless High speed cable Internet is available on all of our floors and in our rooms to all residents at Atherton at no extra cost whatsoever.

Kitchen

We have a full kitchen with stoves, and all types of ovens.  You should provide your own eating utensils.  Refrigerators are available for rent.

Utilities

Costs for water, electricity and sewage utilities are included in the rental rate.  We also offer coin operated washers and dryers in our Residence Hall.

Fitness

YMCA Island Wide Fitness memberships are available to all residents of Atherton at no extra charge.  Check our our group exercise classes here.
